Raisa Vilensky, LLP | Founder

Raisa Vilensky is the Founder of Themis Family Law Licensed Legal Paraprofessional, LLC.  She began her legal journey in 2001 as a paralegal specializing in family law and civil litigation. Her career spans both the private and government sectors, where she has worked with organizations of all sizes, from solo practitioners to large law firms.

Known for her hands-on approach and deep understanding of complex, high-asset family law matters, as a paralegal Raisa has been involved in every stage of a case, from initial client contact through trial. She excels at managing large, document-intensive cases with precision, bringing clarity, organization, and efficiency to every matter she handles. Raisa's extensive experience and commitment to delivering high-quality legal support makes her a trusted resource for both clients and legal teams alike.

Raisa’s passion for family law and supporting clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions has been at the heart of her career.  That hands-on experience gave her not only a deep understanding of the legal process, but also a real appreciation for the human side of every case.

Raisa’s career as a paralegal led her to become a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP). She sat for the LLP Bar Exam in November 2024 and was sworn in on January 6, 2025. Her expanded qualifications allow her to serve clients directly by providing legal counsel in family law matters. This new role bridges the gap between full attorney representation and going it alone—offering clients professional, affordable, and compassionate legal support. Helping individuals and families navigate the legal system with confidence, Raisa’s approach is personal, practical, and grounded in over 20 years of paralegal experience.
